2. Payments

3. Delivery

4. In-Game Currency and Items

Important Notice: All in-game currency (Premium Points) and items offered on this platform are:

• Non-transferable outside the platform
• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be exchanged outside the game
• Cannot be traded for real-world goods or services

Premium Points and in-game items are used exclusively to unlock optional features, cosmetic enhancements, or quality-of-life improvements within the server. They have value only within the context of this game server.

5. Refund Policy

14-Day Withdrawal Right: In compliance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, provided that the purchased points have not been spent within the game.

Important: The 14-day withdrawal right is only available if the Premium Points have not been used or spent in-game. If you have already spent the points on items, services, or other in-game features, the withdrawal right no longer applies. In cases where points have been partially spent, a refund may be issued for the remaining unspent amount only.

Additional Refund Circumstances: Refund requests may also be reviewed in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service not delivered within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Account terminations due to rule violations
• Points that have been fully spent or consumed in-game

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of our rules, including but not limited to:

• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other players

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to rule violations or abusive behavior.

7. Service Availability

Points purchased remain available for use throughout the server's operational lifetime. While we strive to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Permanent availability of the server
• Data persistence in case of technical failures

In the event of permanent server closure, we will provide advance notice to the community. Any closure will be properly announced with reasonable notice period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected
• Data backup or recovery
